We understand it can be upsetting or confusing to be turned away from a hotel stay. Our role is to provide hotels with safety screening based on publicly available criminal record information and other data sources.
The hotel does not create or control this information and cannot change or dispute the results. If you believe something is wrong, out of date, or you simply want to see what was found, you can request a copy of your report using the form below.
Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will:
Provide a summary of the information that appeared during the screening; and
Give you instructions on how to correct or dispute any inaccurate information with the appropriate agency or data source.
We take your privacy seriously and use the information you provide only to locate the correct records and communicate with you about your request.
Obtaining information under false pretenses is illegal. Obtaining a consumer report on someone other than yourself is punishable by law and can result in fines and/or imprisonment.
